The Frame: Gemäldegalerie
With Approved Writing, Media and Photojournal Proposal with Approved Press Pass from Staatliche Museen zu Berlin and Gemäldegalerie on May 10, 2022 for more than one publication(s) upon the author’s consent. Original publication date in 2022 on Arkive.co and Counter Arts. Backed my emails, the original media package submission, in yellow and plastic covered envelopes for further archival protection, carefully re-arranged with a USB including digital copies of the B&W film images and colored digital photos organized into more than one computer folder, a printed draft of the article as a copy of the original draft, and physical digital and printed images submitted to the two offices of the institution in 2022, as required upon approval of the author’s thesis, as an American Photojournalist and journalist under contract for Arkive.co and as a separate entity from Arkive. The submission to Berlin State’s Museum and its media office is also independently submitted by the author with a degree in Communication where the labor and process into the thesis is fully under the ownership of the author with private syllabus that is copyrighted under copyright laws as a writer and artist. The initiative, labor and expenses of covering Gemäldegalerie was accomplished fully by the author and separate from Arkive.co and was greater than the amount paid by Arkive.co. Arkive.co pulled the author’s writings down without notice on their platform with emails left unresponded to from their end. The article should have been processed as a full-length article in more than one parts as the contract permitted the payment and discernment of articles at 400-words per full-feature copy; this article is greater than 3000 words and was paid as a 400-word copy by Arkive.co to feature, not to own, at a single $75–$100 payment over the course of months before they pulled the article publication down with edits I suggested they never fixed after telling the author they had an editor.
