How I Consistently Follow My Goals by Following This Simple Habit?
Recently, I got overwhelmed with my daily to-do lists so I changed my strategy, and now I’m motivated to do more. The strategy is turning my daily tasks into weekly tasks. Previously, I put a lot of things in my bucket and called them daily tasks to be completed. Sadly, I found it hard to sit down and complete my tasks, got overwhelmed, and did nothing. After changing them into weekly tasks, I felt relieved. But sometimes, this makes you procrastinate for the day as you have more days to accomplish your goals now.The idea is to set one important task to be completed for the day.
You have to complete that one task without skipping, as it’s your highlight of the day. By choosing my next day’s highlight the previous night, now I feel more productive.
